Kroger Skillet Meals - A Review

I was so excited to try out the Kroger Skillet Meals! After a long hard day at work, I am starved and love being able to have dinner on the table fast, but I want a delicious meal too, something that will satisfy. I do not incorporate too many frozen meals in my menu plans, preferring to prepare dinner myself from scratch. 

But there are those times when you run errands after work, get home late and just want a hot meal ready in no time. So I picked up the Sausage Rigatoni, since I love pasta and the garlic bread, which is a staple in my home. I don't eat salad, (I know, wierd right?) but my son was visiting so I picked it up for him.

The meal really was ready in just over 10 minutes, and was what you would expect from a frozen meal, quite tasty, not as good as homemade, but come on, I could not whip this up in ten minutes either!

My son enjoyed the salad (House Salad with Bacon) and gave it a thumbs up, the only thing he added was dressing.

The garlic bread was crispy, crunchy and delicious.  I had added parsley flakes and mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese before baking.

There were no leftovers, in my mind the meal was a complete success!

Fixed Links

I realised many of my freebie links did not work, so I have fixed thus far the Mother's Day glitter wordart, the twilight freebie and the fiesta kit freebies (all 6 of them).

Long Time, No Post

Hello, is there anyone out there? I cannot believe how long it has been since I posted here or made a new scrap kit.

Someone just purchased my Fiesta Kit and immediately made me want to design again, lol! There is such a rush from selling something that you have made and put so much time and effort into. This has been my best selling kit so far and I thank all of you who have purchased one of my kits.

I have been meaning to do a Twilight kit, as I am such a huge fan and a recycling themed kit too, so I will see what I can come up with. I wish I had more time, don't we all? I am such an addict of making signature tags, and with working full time besides, my blog got pushed aside and then forgotten.

I hope to be back soon with a new kit and freebies of course.

New PTU Kit & Freebies Coming Soon!

I know times are tough and there are so many kits out there now, in lots of digital scrap stores. I hope you will consider my kits as well as those in stores when it comes time to part with your hard earned money and you make a purchase. I have been invited to sell in stores, but I like the freedom of selling from my blog and designing as time and inspiration allow.

I am committed to providing freebies as well as my PTU kits, and each kit will continue to have add-on freebies to go with it.

It has been a while, but I will be back soon with a new PTU kit, very colorful and fun.

I have made a Cinco De Mayo tag with my new kit, and I am posting it here as a sneak peek. I think the kit will work for tags and layouts featuring, among other things, Cinco De Mayo, parties (bbq's), fiestas, children's birthdays (pinatas), summer, vacations and many more.

Remember, while my kits are not sized to allow for printing, they are not just for taggers, but also for those that do personal digital scrapping layouts for online galleries and personal sites and such. (No commercial use.)
